  6. Use properly designed plans cheap plans usually mean very little thoughts have been put into the designing hence may have many design and technical errors.

  3. Type- some materials are generally expensive compared to others

  4. Size of structure

 

Below are different types of material that you can order online delivery is within 24hours after ordering- Currently these rates apply to Harare and the rates do not include transport fee. For transport call +263 733 486 388 for a quote. Transport  depends on your location and quantity you require. For some areas River sand, Pit sand and 3/4 stones transport is free. Notify us through email or by calling of your purchase and your expectation. We will only deliver after we have received payment.
