On this site you can buy an already drawn plan or you can order your  personalized plan with your own unique specifics. We provide drawings for residential , commercial, farm and industrial structures.

We recommend that you order your own plan specifying what you want

for instance you may describe to us the facilities you want like the manner below: 

 1. 3 bedrooms sharing ablutions

 2. 1 Master bedroom with en-suite and walk in dressing area

 3. Double garage with store room  

 4. Big Kitchen with center isle with breakfast nook near pantry and scullery

 5. Big lounge with clear views to the outdoor

 6. Dining to serve 10 guest

You might as well send us images of how you want your rooms to appear within and without. Remember we are architects, we would even want to go beyond your imagination. Do not fear to contact us to discuss issues that you think need clarification

 

To get a COMPLETE SET OF DRAWINGS, sent us an email specifying the drawings you are interested in through specifying the code for instance A0003. If you want a different design from what is displayed  you can describe to us what you want and we design it for you after we have agreed on terms and conditions.

For you to get drawings with ALL measurements/dimensions and details we advice you to contact us first, so that we give you proper advice before we accept your payment.
